The consultation is your opportunity to discuss your hopes and your concerns with our surgeon and the patient care coordinator. We will provide you with a cost estimate for your surgery during your consultation.
Apply for Financing
Our patient care coordinator can also help you secure outside financing. If you prefer, you can apply for financing online. Just follow one of the links below and fill out the application for financing. The lender will contact you directly with your results.
Online loan approvals are slightly more restrictive than loan applications collected in person, so please contact our patient care coordinator for assistance if you do not receive immediate approval online.
